Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which program fees may be refunded.
1. Refund Window
Accepted founders may request a full refund of the program fee up until one week before the program start date. To request a refund within this window, contact us at contact@startupfoundry.io.
2. After the Refund Window
The program fee is non-refundable once the refund window closes, which is one week before the program start date. This applies regardless of whether you attend sessions or complete the program.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers may not be recoverable.
4. Removal from the Program
If you are removed from the program for violating our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund.
